a16z-Backed EliseAI Raises $350M, Doubles Valuation to $4B

EliseAI Secures $350M at $4B Valuation, Doubling Its Worth in Under a Year

AI startup EliseAI announced on Tuesday that it has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, doubling its worth since its Series E round in August 2025. The latest round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Ventures.

Automating Housing and Healthcare Operations

Founded in 2017, EliseAI automates administrative and operational work for housing and healthcare companies. The company's software is used in 1 in 6 apartments across the United States, and it announced this summer that it surpassed $200 million in ARR.

Apollo: An AI Teammate for Property Teams

Earlier this month, EliseAI launched an AI "teammate" called Apollo, designed to handle tasks within the EliseAI platform. "It's built natively into the same platform that already runs leasing, maintenance, and renewals," co-founder and CEO Minna Song told TechCrunch. "So it can act across every role on a property team."

Expanding into Healthcare

On the healthcare side, EliseAI automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups. According to Song, the platform manages "everything from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks."

The company chose to focus on housing and healthcare because they represent two of the "largest expenses for American households," Song said.
