Developers detest drudgery. The entire field of programming is proof of how hard people will work to automate away the boring tasks involved in building things. And, as vibe-coding has shown, they’ve even found ways to skip most of the work in assembling products.

So it came as little surprise to learn that Naïve, a startup offering infrastructure that lets AI agents handle the bulk of running a business, has signed up over 30,000 developer customers within months of its launch.

Taking vibe-coding a step further, the company claims its platform can automate most of the work in setting up and running a business—provided you supply the AI agents and the required token budget. Naïve packages the process of assembling payments, email accounts, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure, storage, and even company incorporation behind a single API.

Naïve provides a prompt that developers can feed into tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, which can then connect to Naïve’s APIs to provision the infrastructure for a new business. The platform lets an agent orchestrate the formation of a U.S. LLC, supplying details such as state, industry code, business description, and proposed names. Users still need to step in to complete KYC/KYB processes and make any required payments.

The rest of the setup can be entirely AI-driven, including creating email inboxes, virtual cards, phone numbers, databases, computing resources, and integrations with services like Stripe and QuickBooks. A governance layer helps users set budgets, restrict agent capabilities, and require human approval before sensitive actions. Naïve also offers templates for various business types—AI SEO, full-stack SaaS apps, recruiting, accounting, customer support, and even a mobile emulator that lets agents operate smartphone apps on virtual devices.

The allure of such automation clearly resonates, as evidenced by the rapid adoption. Naïve has scaled annual run-rate revenue by 10x to the low double-digit millions over the past six months, according to CEO and co-founder Sean Dorje. The company has now raised $28.5M to accelerate its growth and expand the platform’s capabilities.

With the rise of autonomous agents and the continued commoditization of business operations, Naïve is positioning itself as a critical infrastructure layer for the next wave of entrepreneurial ventures—where the 'founder' might just be a developer with a good prompt.
