Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C funding round, catapulting its valuation to $5 billion—more than double the $2 billion it commanded just six months ago when it closed its Series B. The rapid ascent underscores the intensifying demand for enterprise AI solutions capable of seamless integration into existing workflows.
Insight Partners led the round, marking its second consecutive investment in the company, with participation from existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Notably, Salesforce joined as a new investor, signaling strategic interest in Wonderful’s expanding platform.
Founded in early 2025, Wonderful initially gained traction with its customer service AI agent platform, tailored for non-English-speaking markets. Its distinctive approach—deploying forward-deployed engineers (FDEs) to work on-site with customers, integrating AI into their systems—proved highly effective. The company reports operations across more than 35 countries.
Since then, Wonderful has evolved beyond customer service, launching “Wonderful AI OS,” a platform designed to orchestrate and connect AI agents, workflows, and applications with enterprise data, context, and pre-existing integrations. The platform is model-agnostic and compatible with current tech stacks, allowing organizations to adopt components incrementally.
“Customers can adopt whichever parts of the platform make the most sense, integrate them with existing systems, choose the best models for each workload, and retain ownership of everything they build,” said Roey Lalazar, CTO and co-founder, in a statement.
The strategy of embedding FDEs remains central to Wonderful’s operations, reflecting the broader industry trend where expertise in AI implementation is increasingly prized. With 2026 seeing intense competition for such specialists, Wonderful’s emphasis on hands-on deployment gives it a distinct edge.
The company plans to use the $550 million infusion to accelerate product development, expand its FDE teams, and meet surging customer demand. As the AI landscape consolidates, Wonderful’s ability to double its valuation in under half a year highlights the market’s confidence in its model—and the growing emphasis on practical, enterprise-ready AI solutions.
