IBM has announced the general availability of a self-hosted deployment option for IBM Bob, its agentic software development platform. Bob spans the full software lifecycle—understanding code, planning work, executing changes, and validating results. With this release, enterprises can now run Bob entirely on premises, in private or sovereign clouds, or within air-gapped networks, keeping sensitive code and data under their control.
Availability
The self-hosted option of IBM Bob is generally available to enterprise customers today. Organizations are responsible for sourcing, licensing, and hosting a supported model themselves. IBM has not published pricing and directs interested buyers to a demo request form.
